The Committee noted that the bill (reg. No. 3295-1) was adopted by the Verkhovna Rada as a basis in the first reading on October 10. The Committee adjusted the bill for the second reading.
The bill aims to legislatively secure interests of territorial communities on the territory of which the subsoil plot that is transferred into use under the production sharing agreement is located.
23 proposals were received, of which the Committee considered fully or partially 21 and rejected 2.
Remarks of the Central Scientific Experts Office of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Secretariat to the bill were also taken into account.
Following the results of consideration, the Committee took the decision to recommend the Verkhovna Rada adopt the draft law in the second reading and in entirety in line with the latter version of the bill, suggested by the Committee in the respective comparison table for the second reading.
